Dylan was fantastic to deal with from our first over the phone chat, to coming out to inspect the work area and completing the job to a high standard and quality seamless finish. We received a very reasonable quote based on the works we described over the phone initially. The price remained the same after he came out to see our property. Dylan was professional and explained the process and options concisely. We are very happy with our new Pergola and can’t wait to entertain under it while also being protected from the weather (rain and sun). Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Dylan and his crew blew us away with the end result. Diligent constructions are not just your normal builders, but they go that extra mile to create a good customer service environment, very punctual and they have fantastic communication skills from my experience. When i spoke to them about building my deck, They worked with me to really understand what i wanted to achieve and spent a good amount of time providing recommendations and cost effective solutions.
